A Marketing Assistant for a cable TV start-up which is now part of Virgin Media. The company was a joint venture between Comcast and Singapore telecom and I spent my days conducting roadshows to introduce cable TV and telephony services to the general public and the explain the power of the new 'fibre optic' networks.

My favourite aspect of SmartRecruiters is the SmartAssistant based on our own proprietary AI. Being an ex-recruiter, I see immense value on the job fit scoring and stack ranking and ability to focus recruiters attention on engaging with the right candidates instead on 'eye balling' CVs. I also love the fact it helps remove bias in the process. Productivity and diversity are two huge themes running across Talent Acquisition right now and this one feature addresses both.
