Hiring Success 18: The Conference to Power Your Hiring this Year

This Spring, join SmartRecruiters and our handpicked crop of industry leaders in San Francisco, where we roll out our third annual Hiring Conference to inspire, inform, and evolve your hiring practice.

It’s that time of year again. Winter vacation is over, and like many of you, we at SmartRecruiters are busy making to-do lists for our next lap around the sun. We’ve got lots on the go in Q1, but our top priority will come to fruition March 12th to 14th in San Francisco, our third annual Hiring Success conference: Hire18.

Building on last year’s success, this time we’ve got new events, more speakers, better panels, and role-specific sessions that will launch you into Q2 with actionable takeaways, as well as a clearer idea of where Recruitment and HR Tech are headed during this revolutionary time for our industry.

It seems impossible, but in the space of three days, we’ll host over 100 sessions. That’s over 100 opportunities to listen, share and collaborate with peers and leaders from across the recruiting industry and around the world. Interactive roundtables and labs provide attendees with real opportunities to network, ensuring they leave having significantly broadened their professional communities.

To kick things off we are hosting our first-ever hackathon: a 24-hour countdown for our customers to test their creativity and the flexibility of our public API. Stay tuned for more details on this unique and exciting event. Did we mention the winner takes home 5,000$?

We also have one of recruiting’s most recognizable characters, Bill Boorman hat and all, joining us for wise words and wisecracks about the future of talent acquisition. With 36 years in the industry he’s got some radical ideas you can’t help but love, like ‘robots should do 80 percent of your job for you’ or ‘try something you’re sure won’t work’. As the founder of Tru Events, he’s the guy who decided conferences needed to be fun so, of course, we had to have him on board.
