We compare the difference, determine a standard score, and show everything in context. This approach helps you in three ways, in terms of evaluating the best fit for a particular job in a particular team:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>During <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartrecruiters.com\/blog\/category\/interview-tips\/\">job interviews<\/a>, people always try to ask good behavioral questions. Our report gives you some of the best<b>\u00a0behavioral questions<\/b>\u00a0to assess each trait qualitatively as well as quantitatively.<\/li>\n<li>Visibility into<b>\u00a0who said what<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 for each question, you will see a candidate\u2019s answers (self-perception), and peer validation (reference) that shows how peers actually see them in real life.<\/li>\n<li>The last benefit is that you see candidate\u2019s results\u00a0<b>in-context<\/b><b>\u00a0to other candidates<\/b>. For example, if a candidate\u2019s profile ranks them 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0out of 32, that means there are 3 candidates with a higher score.
