I think what makes us all pretty uncomfortable right now is that we are witnessing a very rapid increase in transparency.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XaVDH1e1Ys0\" height=\"480\" width=\"640\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nAnd if we use it properly, then we have a pretty <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smartrecruiters.com\/about-us\/\">historical opportunity<\/a> to change the way recruiting is done. I look at it as, you know,<em> <\/em>&#8220;The Arab Spring of Recruiting.&#8221;\u00a0What happens when you put full transparency on a population that doesn&#8217;t have it?
