If you\u2019re a company and you\u2019re not on Facebook, you\u2019re not in the market.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/roberthohman\">Robert Hohman, GlassDoor: <\/a>We have a broader goal too like SmartRecruiters. We really fundamentally believe that our work if we do it right and actually help people make better matches with employers can fundamentally make the economy better and stronger.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/apps.facebook.com\/branchout\/user\/profile?uid=\">Rick Marini, BranchOut:\u00a0<\/a> 92% of companies are using <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smartrecruiters.com\/static\/blog\/question-what-is-social-recruiting\/\">social recruiting<\/a> now, so if you are the one that\u2019s not you\u2019re definitely behind the curve, and show that two out of three companies are using Facebook specifically\u00a0 for recruiting.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/mandogallegos\">Armando Gallegos, ReTargeter<\/a>: I think it\u2019s great.
